Shipping Policy
All SoffSeal orders for are processed within 1–3 business days.Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location, order size, and delivery method. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout; however, these estimates may vary due to carrier delays, seasonal demand, or the availability of specialty parts. Once an order has shipped, customers receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, which may require up to 24 hours to update. We currently regularly ship to the contiguous 48 US states. Shipments outside of the contiguous US and internationally can be quoted as well. SoffSeal offers free shipping on eligible purchases.
Returns Policy
We take pride in supplying high‑quality weatherstripping and restoration products for your project. Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they remain in their original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of automotive restoration parts, certain items are not eligible for return, including custom‑cut weatherstripping, special‑order components, clearance items, and any product that has been installed, modified, or shows signs of use. To initiate a return, customers should contact us at sales@soffseal.com with their order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Return instructions, and a prepaid return label when applicable, will be provided. If the return is required due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item, we cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item, though additional time may be required by the customer’s financial institution.
